Insomat concreate Additave production line
It begins with Multi-Compartment Hoppers and a controlled Air Dryer with moisture sensors for accurate material preparation. A single vibrator is replaced by PLC-controlled Dosing Feeders leading into a high-intensity Ribbon/Ploughshare Mixer to ensure perfect, homogeneous blending. The mixed product is stored in a Homogenization Silo to prevent segregation. Finally, a high-speed, accurate Impeller Packer finishes the process, verified by a final Check Weigher. An Integrated SCADA System monitors and controls the entire operation for optimal efficiency and quality assurance.
